Features:
1. Pour the hooks to the rotary disk , hooks will go to the inserting zone by vibration automatically.
2. Place the hangers to the hanger storage shelf, it can hold 40~55 pieces once (by the thickness of the hangers).
3. The hooks inserting to the plastic hanger piece automatically and auto stacking,
the whole process is numerical controlled.
4. Transient heating the hooks by high frequency machine automatically.
5. All the workers can operate this machine and is easy to maintain.
6. High efficiency and save the labour cost, one worker can operate two machines at same time.
7. Customized by different shape coat hangers.
