This machine is used for the plastic hangers to attach the size button, it is full automatically.
as the size buttons and coat hangers have different shaples, so it is a custmoized machine.
With below features:
1. Place the hangers to the hanger storage shelf, it can hold 40~55 pieces once (by the thickness of the hangers).
2. Put the size buttons to the vibrating disk.
3. The size buttons attached to coat hangers automatically and auto stacking, the whole process is numerical controlled.
4. All the workers can operate this machine.
5. High efficiency and save the labour cost, 1 worker can operate 2 machines at same time.
6. Customized by different size buttons and coat hangers.
7. The visual equipment is optional, for detecting the size buttons direction.
