1. With three vibrating disks, two for metal / plastic clips and the third for springs.
2. Pouring the plastic clips and plastic pads into vibration disks one time.
3. The clips and plastic pads will come to assemble area automatically when machine is activated.
4.  Manual put the plastic piece to positioning fixture one by one.
5.   Assembling the springs by machine and automatical stacking.
5.  It is numerical controlled.
6.  All the workers can operate the machine and  is very easy to maintain.
