SH1600C Full Automatic plastic coat hanger hooks inserting and clip assembling machine
This machine is designed for kinds of plastic coat hangers to insert the metal hooks and assemble the clips.
1. This machine is connecting the injection molding machine directly, the mechanical arm will put the plastic piece to the machine conveyor belt one by one.
2. The hooks come to the heating zone by vibration automatically.
3. The conveyor belt delivery the plastic piece to hooks inserting area and insert the hooks automatically.
4. The mechanical arm take the hangers to clip assemble area and assemble both size clips automatically.
5. With 6 vibrating disks at 2 sides of machines to assemble the clips, the quantity of vibration disks can be changes by different clips.
6. The whole process is numerical controlled.
7. High efficiency and save the labour cost, 1 worker can operate 2 machines at same time.
8. Customized by different hooks and coat hangers.
9. The efficiency is 20-25 pieces per minute.
