SH-4520L   Fabric Labels Sewing Machine

This is a machine for sewing fabric labels to all kinds of garment, with following features:
1.  Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen control system, is easy to operate.
2.  The label feeding modes can be selected. 
     Label size:  lenght 20-100mm , width 10-40mm.
3.  Customized for sewing 4 pieces labels, 5pieces, 6 pieces or other.
4.  Juki, Brother or other Chinese brand heads can be installed.
5.  The machine is composed of three systems: label feeding system, automatic material grabbing system and marking integrated       machine system.
     The working process is fully automatic. Just put the fabric labels in the designated position and press the start button, the               machine will complete the sewing automatically.
     The new workers can operate this machine after 2 hours training and practice.
6.  Automatic mode or  manual mode can be operated.
