Description
This machine is designed for plastic coat hangers to assemble the anti-skid plastic srtips and hooks inserting.
1. The plastic hanger piece storage area can hold 45-55 pieces at 1 time(by the thickness of the hangers).
2. The plastic hanger piece goes to work area one by one automatically when machine is activated.
3.  Manual putting the anti-skid plastic strips.
4.  Machine assembled the anti-skid plastic strips to plastic hanger pieces automatically.
5.  Then, hangers moves to the hooks inserting area by working turntable one by one.
6.  The hooks inserting to the plastic hanger piece automatically.
7.  It is numerical controlled.
8.  All the workers can operate the machine and it is very easy to maintain. 
9.  Customized by different anti-skid plastic strips and coat hangers.
10. The efficiency is 550- 700 pieces per hour.
